“Empowering Educators: Center of Excellence CBSE Hosts Induction Training at Goswami Ganesh Dutt SVM”

Uttarkashi, August 24, 2024 — The Center of Excellence CBSE, Dehradun, successfully organized a transformative Induction Training Programme at Goswami Ganesh Dutt SVM on August 23-24, 2024. This key initiative, is a part of the Guru Dakshta Program, which is designed to equip principals and teachers from newly affiliated CBSE schools, as well as existing CBSE-affiliated institutions, with the essential skills and resources needed for success in their educational roles.

The event, held at the esteemed Goswami Ganesh Dutt SVM, was inaugurated by Dr. Geeta shukla and the venue’s Director. Mr. Devi prasad Nautiyal highlighted the significance of the Guru Dakshta Program in enhancing the capabilities of educational leaders and teachers. He emphasized that the programme is crucial for understanding and implementing the comprehensive CBSE system, which includes a range of departments and units.

The training sessions were led by Dr. Geeta Shukla, a renowned educa tional consultant with extensive experience in teacher training and curriculum development. Dr. Shukla’s workshops were specifically tailored to introduce participants to the structure, policies, and guidelines of various CBSE departments, including Training, Examination, Affiliation, Academics, Skill Education, IT, Professional Examination, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and Regional Offices (ROs).
